STRETCHING
EXTENSIVE STRECHING ALLOWS MOBILITY FOR
KICKING AT MAXIMUM HEIGHT. FULL FRONT AND SIDE SPLITS
ARE REQUIRED BY HIGHER GRADES. INITIALY THE LEGS
AND BODY ARE WARMED AND LOOSENED UP WITH LEG RAISES ECTBEFORE
STRECHING, THIS WARM UP TIME IS SHORTENED UNTIL FRONT
AND SIDE SPLITS CAN BE DONE WITHOUT WARMING UP THEREFORE
ALLOWING FULL RANGE WITH KICKS AT ANY TIME OF DAY WITH
OUT STRECHING FIRST. THERE ARE VARIOUS STRECHING EXERCISES
FOR KEEPING THE BODY SUPPLE ALSO PROMOTING HEALTY BLOODFLOW.
